1. In Sprout: Settings > Communications > Contact Forms > your form > "Embed Code" (use the <script> version).
2. Paste the snippet into CONTACT_FORM_EMBED in src/config.ts.
3. Rebuild. Submissions will create Leads in Sprout automatically.
